News Update!
Senator Warnock’s office has advised that the senator is unable to attend the event. However, there will be a representative coming in his absence to speak on domestic violence and share valuable information as it relates to battered victims of domestic violence charges. The representative replacement is Andrea Wiggins, Outreach Director, Northwest Georgia (Office of U.S. Senator Raphael Warnock).
Among the speakers is Latoya Dickens. She was given a life sentence for her husband’s death. After seven parole denials, she was released from the Arrendale Transitional Center in September 2024, serving 25 years. Latoya is finally free! No one knows the journey better than one who’s served.
